Foundation Crack Repair

Not every crack is a problem. The first job is telling you honestly which is which — then repairing the ones that matter properly.

Hairline vs. structural

Thin vertical shrinkage cracks under about 1/8 inch are common in cured concrete and usually cosmetic. Stair-step cracks, horizontal cracks, cracks wider at one end, or cracks that keep growing point to movement — those need attention.

When to worry

Call us if a crack is widening, if doors and windows have started sticking, if floors slope, or if you see water coming through. Those are signs the concrete is moving rather than simply curing.

How we repair

Cosmetic cracks get cleaned and sealed. Structural cracks are epoxy or polyurethane injected under pressure to bond the concrete back together, and where movement is ongoing we address the cause — drainage, footing depth or support — before sealing.
